Corny Guac

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup roasted corn kernels
1/4 cup cilantro (or to taste)
Feta cheese
1 lime
Sea salt
Chips

PREPARATION:

Cut the avocados in half and scoop them into a bowl (removing the seeds) with a fork; smash the avocados, leaving them chunky. Add the diced red onions, tomatoes, corn kernels. Add the cilantro (to taste). Add the juice of the lime and sea salt (to taste). Mix the guacamole. Top with Feta cheese crumbles. ENJOY!
